GMC & Chevy 07-14 (2nd GEN Body Style) Heavy-Duty (3-Piece Set) Smoked Cab Roof Light Lens with Amber High-Power OLED Bar-Style LED’s – (Complete Wiring Kit Sold Separately)
Dealerships overcharge for new GMC Sierra cab lights, but you can easily brighten up your truck without paying outrageous fees. RECON provides multiple types of CHEVY cab roof lights, designed for the 2007 to 2013 models, and some newer and older makes.
Not only do cab roof lights give your truck a more distinguished look, but they are important for safety. Both CHEVY and GMC trucks are taller and wider than other vehicles. GMC Sierra cab lights are a great way to let other drivers in narrower vehicles spot you on the road and see where you are going.
The default cab roof lights CHEVY produces are not strong enough for most drivers. Some older models do not even come with cab roof lights. The OLD LED smoked lens with amber is the best way to make your truck visible and safer to drive. By law, all cab roof lights must be amber.
RECON GMC Sierra cab lights use a more stylish and refined shade of amber. The lights are bright enough to spot you and show other drivers where you are going without blinding them. RECON only uses the best bulbs for their lights. They are designed to last for thousands of hours, so you can go for several years without having to replace the lens with amber OLED smoked lens.
Installing Chevy Cab Roof Lights
Installing CHEVY or GMC Sierra cab lights is easy, even if you already have a rack or antenna on top of your car. First, measure and mark where you want to install the cab lights. Carefully screw in three holes for each OLED light.
Place your CHEVY cab roof lights over the holes, screwing in the left and rightmost parts of the light. The last hole in the center is for the wiring to pass through. Wiring your lights is a breeze. All you do is connect the positive and negative wire. Complete wiring kit sold separately.
