This item is made specifically for Ford SUPERDUTY trucks that came from the factory with OEM factory installed cab roof lights.

If your Ford F-250, F-350, F-450, or F-550 SUPERDUTY truck DID NOT come with OEM factory installed cab roof lights, you will need RECON part number 264342BKRGB (for smoked lens) or RECON part number 264342CLRGB (for clear lens) to complete a fresh install.
